Most VAs execute tasks. I build and run systems. I've owned a VA agency, trained teams, and worked as an executive assistant — which means I understand what breaks down at every level of a business. I don't wait to be told what to do; I identify what needs to happen and make sure it does. Think of me less as support staff and more as the operations brain your business has been missing.
Do I need to already be using GoHighLevel (GHL)? +
Not at all. GHL is one of the platforms I'm certified in and frequently recommend — but I work with businesses at all stages of their tech stack. If you're already on GHL, we can build or clean up what's there. If you're on something else entirely, we'll figure out the right tools during our discovery call. The platform is secondary; the systems and strategy come first.
How quickly can we get started? +
After our discovery call, I typically turn around a custom ops plan within 3–5 business days. From there, implementation timelines depend on scope — a single automation can be live in days; a full operational overhaul might take a few weeks. I'll be upfront about timelines before we agree on anything, so there are no surprises.
Can you work with my existing team or VA? +
Yes — and honestly, this is one of my strengths. With 8 years in team training and hiring, I know how to come into an existing setup, assess the gaps, and either train the people already there or help you hire the right support.
